This notice explains how FortressEye handles personal information through this public website. Customer product data is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms.

Information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, message, or meeting details when you contact us or book a demonstration.
Basic technical information supplied by your browser or hosting provider, such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
Preference data stored locally in your browser, including light or dark theme and whether you dismissed the privacy notice.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide requested materials, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, understand service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not state that we sell personal information. We do not currently load advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting, email, scheduling, security, and other providers may process information for us under their own terms and appropriate contractual restrictions.
Because FortressEye is operated from the United States and may serve visitors internationally, information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods depend on the type of interaction.

California and other U.S. state notices
If an applicable U.S. state privacy law covers FortressEye, residents may receive the rights provided by that law. FortressEye does not currently describe the website as selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This notice will be updated as the legal entity, product processing, applicable thresholds, and state-specific obligations are finalized.
Children
The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit information about children through this website.
