Counterparty Memory

Counterparty Memory is a structured operational history of how a finance team has interacted with a vendor, customer, or other counterparty.

It may include naming variations, expected payment behavior, prior exceptions, approved bank details, usual coding, contract context, and reviewer decisions.

The purpose is to make future automation context-aware while keeping the supporting history reviewable.
